I am in the process of writing my research thesis and found myself confused with which analysis to use further on. My two data collection methods are document analysis and expert interviews, which will give me enough information to progress. My main research question is: What set of systemic measures can be used to promote certain behavioral changes in the country (generally speaking, just for you to understand)? I will identify those systemic measures via two questions, first one being the identification of all possible mechanisms to achieve changes in the specific field (will be done by document analysis) and the second question being then identificaton of barriers/fields of influence (specifically for the country, combo of doc analysis and expert interviews). In this way, I will have identified barriers (that are preventing the behavioral changes) and then I will be able to apply only the feasible mechanisms to overcome those barriers-thus the result will be the feasible mechanisms=systemic measures.
Now my question is:what kind of analyis would I need to use here? Is it content analysis and then the identified barriers and measures are basically categories?

Nika - for your document analysis - you have several options. There is narrative analysis, content analysis or thematic analysis. For your 'expert' interviews - it depends if they are straight semi-structured interviews (content or thematic analysis) or you are going to use a Delphi technique (content/thematic analysis for the first qualitative round - and then descriptive, summary statistics for the following quantitative statement rounds).
