Hi,

I don't know if it's the answer you want, but the dispersion relation of carbon nanotube is obtain by applying periodic boundary condition on graphene (depending on how you rolled it). See Carbon Nanotubes, basic concepts and physical properties by Reich, Thomsen and Maultzsch (Wiley, 2004).
