I would like to understand following terms which we frequently notice in papers of silicon carbide like zero phonon line and its phonon replicas, how they are assigned and what is their importance (in view of crystal lattice or deformed lattice). Also, suggest a textbook which covers fundamentals of PL spectroscopy.
When the host matrix contains many chromophores, each will contribute a zero-phonon line and a phonon sideband to the absorption and emission spectra with a strong dependence on temperature. More specifically, it can also be stated that it appears as a difference in energy between ground and excited state.

The line of a purely electronic 0-0 transition (ZPL), in the theory of electronic centers of an impurity molecule or other centers in any crystals, is called transitions to which phonon vibrations of the crystal lattice are not affected on the electronic transition. Phonon wings just characterize the coupling of electronic transitions with phonon ones. The ratio of the intensity of the 0-0 line and the phonon wings depends strongly on temperature and is described by the Debye-Waller factor. For details, I recommend the book.

What I would like to add is that the underlying physics for the cases of involving impurities/defects are different from the cases of the intrinsic semiconductors. For the former category, please see the attached review paper that discusses different theories. For the latter category, see a review paper by S. Permogorov, Optical emission due to exciton scattering by LO phonons in semiconductors, in book "Excitons" edited by Rashba and Sturge.
