I think that in general we should not be worried... There are described some cases when the danger increases. Every person before vaccination should study the types of diseuses when the risk is higher and decide personally on the basis of its own situation. In general the vaccine is fine. However, I am not an expert. It is just my point of view.

Just have look at the case of mutations in SARS-CoV2. I have put here two figures, one taken in May 2020 and another a few days back in this year. Lots of mutations in the spike protein so how they will design the vaccine as the changes continuing rapidly?

If you are asking me at this time, yes everyone should take the vaccine. The ratio of infected individuals from those who gave a sample for the test is about 1:7. But the availability is rare: only figure individuals who have access to the vaccine.

Personally I fully agree with Arvind Singh in that "everyone should take COVID-19 vaccines for protection from the disease." In my country, Germany, four vaccines against COVID-19 have been officially approved thus far, and all four are safe and effective. Only Vaccine is the solution in the present situation. We can only hope that it will positively work against the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

Not all vaccines are suitable for all people. for example, Zeneca has a side effect of vascular thrombosis. Then whoever has Quincke's edema cannot be vaccinated at all - who knows the antidote for such a case. It is very good that the German government has approved 4 vaccines. It is easier for people to think and choose the right one for their health.

Right at this moment, it seems to me, Mam kind has no other choice but to take the vaccine. Despite knowing, there was not adequate trial time, despite knowing the uncertainty of what may be the long-term side effects, despite knowing those may not be effective against mutant varient and may not act for a long time.

In the midst of these uncertainty atleast two positive points till date have been questioned little.

1.The disease is least severe in vaccinated people.

2. Herd immunity is acheivable if 80 percent people are vaccinated.

So to me, despite all controversy we should take 4 things as constant against Coronavirus. Mask, distance, hand wash and vaccine.

Sorry I could not share as regards the vaccine from Astra Zenica. The Vaccine produced by Astra Zenica and J&J are based on DNA and adenovirus act as vector. Both these vacancies are responsible the ' clot' complication which is now being termed as VIPIT, ( Vaccine Induced Prothrombotic Immune mediated Thrombocytopenia). Which is now a recognised complications (very rare) of adenovirus based vaccine. The complications is immune mediated (against platelet factor 4). The whole pathogenesis might have also its basis on autoimmunity.

But the complications are extremely rare and affects people mostly between ages 18 to 48 and the female. So how it has been addressed?

1. If you have the opportunity to have different vaccine, you can avoid this vaccine, especially the young people, in whom the case fatality from corona is less but the risk of clot relitively high.

2. In countries where Vaccine from Astra Zenica is the only available vaccine ("not also to forget about the required temperature), all people over the age 60 can have the vaccine. For younger people it to be dicided according to future availability of other vaccine, the incidence of Coronavirus virus and case fatality in young people in particular nation.

3. Adonovirus based vector vaccine has been used against Ebola virus with out any report of clot. So there may be ethnic variation (specially if autoimmunity is responsible) of clot complications of the vaccine. May be part of Asian or Africans ethnic will escape. So it is important to observe if this complication of vaccine (clot) varies in different geographical areas.

If it fortunately happens then there will be no problem in making a decision about Astra Zenica or J & "J Vaccine,

4. It is now reported that this clot complication occurs in patients with COVID 19. Incident is more with COVID 19 patients than the vaccinated population. So again this point will be also in consideration in favour of taking vaccine.

Dear Shahina Akter about 2 weeks ago I have been vaccinated with Astrazeneca. Expect for a mildly sore arm and slight tiredness during the first two days after the vaccination I experienced no noteworthy side-effects.
