Perhaps your institution uses videos, a website, mass gatherings, peer-peer sessions, one-one or one-many lecturer-student sessions, appointments where students meet with senior academics, meetings with a dedicated advisor assigned to handhold through their time at the institution, or something else. For the advertising of cyber-physical systems course we use a short presentation for potential students. This presentation includes the main information about course shedule, teachers, topics and outcomes. The presentation is held by one of teachers and therefore all questions can be answered on the fly.
