How can we investigate and analyze a system? What is the software for it?
We have found the relationships among the environmental, social, and economic pillars of the sustainable development; How can we put these relationships into a system as a whole? MAny believe that the System Dynamics is a helpful method, and the Software is Vensim. What is your opinion?

I have not yet used any of those applications for my work as yet as I've not quite gathered enough information in the literature to consider how systems theory and systems analysis will help me in my quest to quash, squash, and destroy racism in the United States.
Nonetheless, I would strongly suggest you read Senge's (1990/2006) The Fifth Discipline: The Art & Practice of the Learning Organization, published in New York by Currency Books (Doubleday), Senge et al.'s (1994) The Fifth Discipline Fieldbook: Strategies and Tools for Building a Learning Organization, and I would also strongly urge you to read any works stemming from the field of systems theory of learning as they might help you systematically examine ecology and sociology in the same context as you seem to want to do in your work. There are other awesome scholarly works before and after Senge, of course, but I happen to enjoy reading and rereading Senge. He's based his work on Eastern and African philosophies of "the village."

Also, I'd suggest to use Anylogic software. With it you can combine agent-based and SD models which are very powerful. Also, Anylogic allows flexibility to build controls into the models- you can create nice dash boards and good business-games with it.
There are pretty well developed and proven methods for this, which are not dependent on the use of a specific software tool. I would recommend to check the Book by Ogata on System Dynamics. See for example:

Yes! System Dynamics modelling can help in studying the behavior of the individual component and its impact on the system as a whole simultaneously, subject to the condition that you build the model with correct equations and relationships. It gives real-time dynamics of the ecosystem through causal relationships established by the user. You may also refer the book by John D Sterman for concept building and clarity.

I would recommend study of the simulations by Howard T. Odum (Crafoord Prize winner) and his followers in ISAER. I do not think that Systems Dynamics by itself provides as strong and reliable a model as the models of Odum. Same goes for Warfield, Cabrera, Meadows, Forrester, etc. etc. Please see texts that try to survey the field of systems thinking, systems analysis, and systems science for other people worthy of sampling (Haken; Miller, etc. etc.).
