Generally, I doubt that myocardial bridge is able to cause ischemie. Therefore, the first step of mine would be FFR measurement. Of course, stenting is a possible therapeutic option.
In case of refractory ischemia despite beta-blocker/verapamil therapy stenting of the bridge is an option. However restenosis is more frequent than usual even with DES. Moreover rupture of the vessel has been described after bridge stenting due to abnormally thin vessel wall at the level of the bridge. I casually have some slides with references on this subject ...
