Dear colleagues,

God bless you and my best wishes to you all.

This is not a conventional question, rather I'd like to share my work with you and wait for your feedback. I believe your feedback can help me improve my work..for the benefit of young engineers all around the world.

I prepared these educational videos to help young engineers start practising engineering using open-source tools. They teach several prominent open-source software packages. I hope you find them useful. I have one advice though: stick to the used version of operating system and tools not to waste time over discrepancies and changes that should be made due to versions variations. You can set up the version in the video within a virtual box (www.virtualbox.org).

I have a principle that I developed through practicising and teaching engineering for many years now: If you want to learn to be a good engineer you should not limit your horizon to a single specialty. It helps from time to time to take a look at how engineers from different specialties think. This helps expand "the library in your brain"..you now have more solution micro-building blocks in mind that you can put together to solve what-ever engineering problems you meet.. At many times a building block from one field can help extremely in a nagging problem of a quite different field. That's why I encourage young engineers to take a look even at videos not directly related to their specialty..Consider it a leisure time activity..but it will prove useful, God's willing, at some time in your own field.

I plan, God's willing, to fully document our experience in learning and teaching engineering in a book..explaining how having faith in what you do and why your doing it, and how thinking about how this universe was created and for what purpose..how all these help in learning ..teaching and trying to be positive and creative.. For those interested, please follow updates at my personal site:
