In principle yes, adoption and implementation of the Third Energy Package pose new chalanges to energy industry, particularly network energy like gas and power.

Of course, it is the case with my country also and we do harmonize national legislation with EU! This is the way which Croatia already passed, right!?

Harmonization of member country's national legislation with EU legislation is not only essential, but also beneficial to all European countries. It will bring stability between the EU power and gas network development.

However most difficult task! Power struggle and politicisation!
