what is much worse in my opinion: The overall RG score for my institution is unchanged for several weeks now. Asking the RG staff, they only told me that this value was calculated from the overall publications of our institution - which is nonsense, since the latter is unchanged for more than 2 years now, just because the institution can apparently not properly be extracted from all our papers.
Yesterday, I wrote a message to RG administrator to inform them that the read counter is blocked, and finally I see that the problem is solved. Congratulations.
There is now a mismatch between the statistics as shown on the stats graph, and the same numbers shown in the detail, e.g. read the number of 'reads' or profile views on the recap and then drill down to the actual count number shown, they're quite different numbers (for instance Josef, your numbers of reads this week are 37 on the graph and 41 in the detailed number, or mine 67 against 81.
What gives ? You'd think this wasn't a difficult piece of programming....
