I have collected some information answered myself. Please comment if anything needs correction. Thanks

First Organized Database of Citable Scientific Work or Journals was ISI (the Institute of Scientific Information, or Institute of Scientific Indexing), established in the 1960s by Eugene Garfield. With multi-fold increase in journals from around the world, the ISI formed a new metric, named SCI (Science Citation Index) so that to determine the score (IF-Impact Factor) or credibility level of the journals. However, Thomson bought the ISI in the 1990s and also merged with Reuters and emerged as widely known to be Thomson Reuters until 2-3 years ago. In latest development, Clarivate Analytics have bought the Thomson Reuters. So, now only Clarivate Analytics exist as the most credible source of knowledge database or finding credible list of journals. However, another indexing of scientific work exists with name SCOPUS. All journals indexed by Clarivate Analytics, also appears in the SCOPUS. However, all of SCOPUS journals are not part of the Clarivate Analytics. So, Clarivate Analytics appears at top followed by SCOPUS journals. Indexed journals of SCOPUS and Clarivate Analytics falls in Web of Knowledge or Web of Science (WoS).

Further, the Clarivate Analytics have categorized its journals in three categories namely SCI (Science Citation Index), SCIE (Science Citation Index Expanded) and ESCI (Emerging Science Citation Index). The SCI and SCIE are the only journals with declared impact factor (IF) and this list is updated every year. This list carries the name of Journal Citation Report (JCR). Based on the latest metric scores, either the ESCI is placed in JCR with upgraded name of SCIE or SCI or left to its original status till the next year. The JCR 2018 is already published. Next JCR 2019 will be published I guess around May or June 2019.

Hope my answer suffice the needs of all the concerned people. Please rectify if there is any incorrect information. Thanks
