Dear all nor Calcarina nither Nummulites belong to Paleozoic, as you might know Trilobites were extinct at the end of Paleozoic, this speciemen, seen together with Trilobites fragments, though shows some resembelence to foraminera, may not be foraminifera at all.
I absolutely apologize, this speciemen belongs to Early Jurassic the fragments I took mistakenly as Trilobite are special shell fragments with curvature of pieces similar to trilobite, Therefore the speciemen above is indeed foraminifera.
This speciemen might be Cristellaria sp. if so, it belongs to the family Lagenidae. Both Lagenids and Rotaliids have hyaline wall, however the microstructure is different which is only observable in SEM photos. It definitely not belongs to miliolids since their wall is in most species imperpeforate and do not let light to pass through, therefore in thin-sections the wall is seen dark.
