If it's leaf lobed at the leaf tip and the pink flowers are distributed over the old growth then this plant could be Cercis siliquastrum. On the other hand, if the leaf lobed on the both leaf ends( top and bottom ) and the pink flowers over the branch (old and young); this plant could be Bauhinia variegata.
As far as I understand, it was stated at the beginning that the leaf margin is serrate. Bauhinia, Cercis, Coccoloba should have entire margin. It really could be Talipariti.
