I think this is Pterpspermum reticulatum

It may be Pterospermum reticulatum wight & Arn. (STERCULIACEAE) , but leaf character is not much clear.

I have to agree that it looks like it very well could be this plant. You may want to check the leaf characteristics and look for lenticles to make sure. Your picture doesn't show the leaf base as being oblique but that could be a matter of photographic angle.
