For hemisphere with the half sphere facing the upstream, according to Newton theory would give the same drag coefficient as full sphere. Newton theory is valid after Mach 8

thanks and what about quarter sphere ?????

Since, sphere is symmetric about centre and and we integrate Pstatic*(small projected area component). Therefore for quarter it should be half of total sphere.
