What is the the dew point temperature of water?
At a constant pressure, the temperature of the vapors must be lower than the dew point temperature for all the vapor to condensate? Or must the temperature be lower than the bubble point temperature of the vapors for this to happen?
If you are asking how cold a room or container must be so that *all* the water vapor will condense, the answer is: colder than you can make it. Theoretically, this won't happen until absolute zero. Practically, it would have to be far below freezing. There is some water vapor in the air above Antarctica in the dead of winter. Google "psychrometrics" and read up on the subject. These are color-coded contours of constant dew-point. As the RH approaches 100%, the dew-point approaches the dry-bulb. As the RH approaches 0%, the dew-point approaches absolute zero. The most useful empirical relationships used for practical calculations have some lower limit and don't run down to 0°K.
