I am trying to validate a hybridoma cell line. Can anyone tell me about the surface marker for hybridoma cells for the FACS acquisition?

The activation antigens. CD2, CD 3, CD 4, CD 5, CD8, CD10, CD23, CD25 , and The antigens CD22, CD 69, CD 71, and CD 72 were expressed on few of the hybridomas test ..
