Is the change a continuous variable?

One Way analysis of Variances  (ANOVA) is suitable test

here my results were zero number some times for one has no changes while the others have numerical value and other times two groups has zero value while one has numerical value ?then i can depend on one way anova??

Just to rephrase and understand your data to best help you.

which example suits your data the best:

Example 1:- Catigorical

You have three groups A,B,C

Knowing A=0 (No change) 

1 = normal B / normal C

2 = normal B / abnormal C

3 = abnormal B / normal C

4 = abnormal B / abnormal C

and when B+C have no change

A = 1 normal or 2 abnormal

Example 2:- continous

If A has no change

B = 1,1.5,2,2.2,3.4,1.2..etc.

C = 1,2,3,3,5,5,5,3,1,2..etc.

And when B+C have no change

A = 1,2.2,3.5,2.4,0.5..etc.
