iam studying the nuclear and cellular abnormalities of blood between 3 groups once one group normal has no change while the two others have and once two are normal has no change while one has, then what is the suitable test for comparing parameters of these three groups in the two cases?

here my results were zero number some times for one has no changes while the others have numerical value and other times two groups has zero value while one has numerical value ?then i can depend on one way anova??

Just to rephrase and understand your data to best help you.
which example suits your data the best:
Example 1:- Catigorical
You have three groups A,B,C
Knowing A=0 (No change)
1 = normal B / normal C
2 = normal B / abnormal C
3 = abnormal B / normal C
4 = abnormal B / abnormal C
and when B+C have no change
A = 1 normal or 2 abnormal
Example 2:- continous
If A has no change
B = 1,1.5,2,2.2,3.4,1.2..etc.
C = 1,2,3,3,5,5,5,3,1,2..etc.
And when B+C have no change
A = 1,2.2,3.5,2.4,0.5..etc.
