I guess this is non-fermi corrected.

I mean. I think you have to correct it according to your Fermi level.

I could not able to get which version of siesta you used to produce this file. i suggest you to perform any known system(already done by someone). Then compare your result.

@Aadhityan Arivazhagan version is siesta 3.2. I will try with the known system.
