What is the strategy approach in EFQM?
EFQM strategy believes the continuity of gradual changes in enterprise and does not believe in long jumps and high tempos and targeted broad domain to carrying out an enterprise-wide growth strategy. However, with gradual changes, large-scale effective decisions cannot be made. Gradualism is a decision-making process in the conditions of stability market, not in such a fluctuating market situations. The competitive market today needs to dominate the spirit of creativity and innovation in decision-making, and innovative-based approaches have to replace the gradual decision making. Looking at the successful companies in the world, we find that these companies have not succeeded in steadily gaining their competitive edge over time. However, their success is due to the high-strength and innovative steps that have suddenly taken on critical occasions.

I don’t know if this is any help to you, but these constructs do however represent theoretical developments to both innovation and organizational learning (hence strategy-related issues).
