Generally, I see oxygen vacancy play a very crucial role in many physical explanation. Need a fruitful explanation of their existence and appropriate concentration calculation method ?

Dear Brijmohan Prajapati,

regarding to oxygen vacancy existence is knowledge that synthesis under low oxygen pressure cause such vacancy and consequently change in conduction property of the material. Experimental determination of oxygen vacancies can be performed by BET using N2 for surfaces and in bulk is very difficult to determine directly.
