During my years of works on IEEE papers. I found many of the mistakes. A lot of papers even not implemented exactly as they are introduce. Duplicate references faulty ideas. What should one follow?
How IEEE have right to reject many useful ideas.

A lot of references are duplicated.
For example
22 and 42
20 and 41..
Could some one please advice me whats going on exactly ?
@peter breuer... i just give an example of the mistake. alot of other references are wrong. Its a survey of mobile anchor based localization. first 58 references are almost useless for this kind of survey. it should be in other like 3d and 2d based wsn localization algorithms. Chinese are giving very remarkable research. i have almost 9 years of experience to work with chinese.
