Please have a look at this site https://sourceforge.net/projects/gaitrecognitionsystemmatalb/?source=directory it provides Matlab code for gait analysis using neural networks

there is also http://www.advancedsourcecode.com/gaitprot.zip the code from this site was tested with the CASIA gait database
