Can anyone with experience of working with Streptococcus pyogenes MGAS315 tell me if it is SpeB +ve during in vitro growth?

After reading around it isn't clear, some papers (eg. http://www.pnas.org/content/107/2/888.short [Fig 4]) say it is SpeB +ve, whilst others (eg http://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0129417 [Fig 1]) say it is SpeB -ve.

I realize there is probably some inter-lab variation in strains overtime, but i'd like to know the consensus.

Thanks,

Stuart
