I recorded a mass spectra by using LC-MS/MS (Waters, Vion* IMS QTof). The mass spectrum shows the peak of the sodium adduct. I do not exactly understand from where the sodium came into contact with the sample, as I did not add this adduct to the sample before proceeding
Sodium ions are everywhere! One of the most common sources are the glass bottles and containers used for the liquids and solvents. Sodium adducts can be very useful during LC-MS method development. * Many professional chromatographers like myself take advantage of this fact and use them to improve sensitivity (LODs).

Na+ may also arise from air when living close to the sea, from the dust... I observed often some short yellow bursts in Bunsen burner flames and in the flame of the atomic absorption spectrometer. To minimize Na+ from glassware, you may use silica container (very expensive) or polyethylene (or other polymers) bottles, but some organics may leach from polymers.
The situation may have improved in recent years, but we found that some HPLC-grade solvents (especially HPLC-grade water) had sufficient sodium to cause problems with some ESI experiments. We always run HPLC-grade water through an 18-megohm water purifier before use.
