The problem we have seen espacially thick section high modules ductile iron part just under riser sleeve with range of size. Casting mould have been furan resin sand mould. Even though we moulded zero N(nitrogen) resin with new sand, problem still has been occur. Attached images are for define the problem that i have metinoed about. Thanks for your helpful comments.
