A zero moment half-metal seems a contradiction in terms. If it is a metal, there is finite Density of States at the Fermi energy, and if it is a halfmetal, only one spin band is involved. Since this band is not fully occupied, its total spin is not fully compensated. The band can have a low moment but not a zero moment.

I am agree with you there is no experimental report (to the best of my knowledge) which proves the existence of zero moment half-metal (exactly zero moment value). Recently there is report in Phys. Rev. Lett.  112, 027201 (2014), with magnetic moment value = 0.1 mb/f.u 9 (which is very close to zero).

I want to clear one thing, here my concern is for the application part not about the synthesis part.
