The fuel viscosity is generally reported at 40ºC. Non-Newtonian flow the viscosity is a function of shear stress value. The viscosity needs to be calculated through an equation taking into account the span measurement. However, just one dynamic viscosity value is generally reported (e.g.: 5mPa.s at 40ºC). 

From the above exposed reason, I would like to know at what shear stress value the viscosity need to be calculated, in agreement with ASTM or other standard.
