You can find the dielectric function of C60 derived from optical measurements in Wang et al., Phys. Rev. B 45, 14396 (1992). You can calculate the refractive index from the parameters provided there. (I am not sure a Sellmeier equation would hold because the material is not transparent in the whole range.)
