What is the scientific name of this Spider from Abruzzo 350 m. (slm) (central Italy).

It is a female of Zoropsis, most probably Zoropsis spinimana.
It would seem a female of Hogna radiata, Lycosidae.
I think, Vincent is right (look at the central black area in the prosoma). Meanwhile this species is also known from Germany (in glass houses and similar places, Siegfried R.H. Hartmeyer).
Thanks to all, this is an european species? it's dangerous for people.
Mostly Mediterranean but its spreading quickly. Its sometimes found in houses, but although females can look impressive, they are not dangerous.
