Researchers, I need help. Soon I'll start working with the LUMIPULSE® G600II. But there is one question which is really bothering me - I couldn't find information on how much sample I need in order to run the tests. I'm planning on testing 3 different parameters in CSF, and information on the sample volume is nowhere to be found. I have performed the Innotest more times then I can count, and I was able to find the user manual in seconds. I still don't have the Lumipulse kits in my hands (may be this information is included there), but I need to plan my experiments in advance in order to know how much CSF I need. Any help and information is much welcomed.
