Lot of stress is involved in bank disputes. Meditation is a proven stress reducer.
But here the problem is quantification of both the variables. After proper quantification depending upon the situation relationship between them can be established.
To resolve disputes between parties in an alternative way, a way which is far more economical and also it saves time, so the parties involved can reach an agreement which is convenient to both sides. The advantage in this case, is that the judicial system it is already overwhelmed with all legal cases, so one less case here, one less case there, proves to create concrete results for a short time for the parties which reach a final agreement. And it is legal also, so, it is a win-win situation.
Mediation is a valid tool in any dispute where two or more parties are not able to discuss with each other. The first aim would thus be to bring the parties together and to speak to each other. The problem is that the mediator should be near enough the parties to influence the dialogue but far enough not to take sides.
