The understanding of QMH has the potential of providing the "self" an understanding and commitment to overcome elementary PTSD which is
most likely present in the "brain" of the human since the time of birth.
For none of us "wanted to be born" nor was it a "choice". This begets another
question:
What is "free will" ?

One last thought to ponder:
-the period of the heart beat of the adult is obtained
from the knowledge that it is nominally 60 beats per minute.
This frequency is in the same bandwidth as that of the
delta (sleep ) frequency of the brain
People who attempt suicide typically suffer from depression
-- they require restfully sleep which compliments that of the heart
in order to "heal" from psychological damage

us "normal?" people ???????????????????
This fact seems to be comply ignored by the practitioners who
treat suicidal patients
