Many times our university instructs its professors to publish their articles and researches via journals which are Scopus indexed in order to rise the QS world ranking of their university. This manner brings lights scope to wondering: what the actual benefits should be gained by this kind of publishing ? and Why?
I do not think there is any benefit from publishing in international journals”scopes” for student . because the education not content a clear strategic plan and laws for the student and teaching. assumption of start supporting for teacher before any thing.
Maybe to rise the local university criteria and rise the researchers standards. It is useful in this way.

It's all about measuring research quality which is determining a university rank amongst others and for researcher which is increasing citations.
Dear Dr. Omar, I agree with Dr. Mohamed but this topic will be interested in publishing in these sites regardless of the quality of the research as it does not enter the evaluation phase in terms of the authenticity and quality of the research
