There is of-course introduction and what should be included in the introduction, then there is the body and usually the conclusion
For literature review, below are my reviewing styles:
1) Screen for hundreds and thousands of articles from various database.
2) Select suitable and relevant articles.
3) Start with the body (content) and divide the body into different sections with sub-headings.
4) Conclusion
5) Write introduction. In introduction, mention the brief introduction of the problem, gap in the literature, why do you want to review a specific topic and brief explanation on how and what you are going to do and brief expectation from you after the review, eg: fill the literature gap?
6) Abstract
