Hello,

I got a shoulder peak in the XRD of doped InGaN nanorods, initially, I thought it was due to the indium fluctuations but PL showed a strong and sharp single peak which means no fluctuations in the indium content. The diameter of the nanorods is ~25+/-5 nm with a length of 700 nm.

Can anyone educate me on this?
