Hello dear friends, I have done a comet test with three repetitions with breast cancer cells and measured three indicators, tail moment and %DNA in tail and olive moment.

In one of the measured samples, the value of the tail moment in the first and third iterations is higher than the other two indicators, but in the second iteration of the test, the tail moment index has decreased.

What is the cause of this?
