Are you talking about light emission or, instead, light scattering ? The scattering depends on the concentration and on the size of the particles accounting for light scattering, here the dissolved polymer leading to stastiscally rounded macromolecules.

under long range UV light the solution is emitting white light confirmed through naked eye....also measured PL spectra gives the emission from 400 to 700 nm...CIE co-ordinate is X=0.26 and Y=0.38....I am talking about emission.....
