What is the reaction mechanism of sulfuric acid production in Aspen Plus USRKIN?

I have noticed that the exact reaction mechanism of sulfuric acid production in the Aspen Plus example (attached) has not been given in details anywhere. Does anyone have access to the background details of USRKIN subroutine?
