What is the range of absorption coefficient of PANi nano fibers dispersed solution?

The UV-Vis absorption coefficient of PANi nano fibers dispersed in water is very low. What are the possible reasons behind this low value?

Absorption in solution is dependent on concentration, so increasing the concentration will increase the absorption.

The peaks at~4.2 eV, 5eV and 6eV are already saturated, however, your HOMO-LUMO looks like it is at 2.3 eV or even lower.
