Unfortunately I don't have any e-material. RCW stretches beyong the individualized case work and is more social theory based and radical, trying to publicize the problem and not limit is to individual "treatment". It is continuation of the discourse in social work: be it so individualized that supports the maintanance of status quo and loses its role as change agent or should it be more radical, more change oriented more active political actor trying to publicize the exsiting social problems.

I don´t know any direct reference about this approach but I think the article sent by Chadler helps. I liked it.
