But you probably should clarify your question. What do you mean by a gasifier.? Are you asking about the cost of the gasifier only or are you including air separation for the gasification and shift reaction + Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) or shift + CO2 removal to produce H2 or syngas?
A good reference point for comparison might be the cost of purchased H2 from companies like Air Products or Praxair who produce H2 from natural gas and sell it to refineries. I have found a typical cost of purchased H2 from this route is about 2 times the cost of natural gas with the same heating value. This breaks down to about 65% feed cost and 35% capital recovery cost.
I have attached a public domain presentation by Jeffrery Phillips EPRI / Advanced Coal Generation that has a lt useful information about various types of gasifiers. I have a few more presentations like this this if you are interested.
in some thermodynamic and economic books like Thermal design and optimization-Bejan, Tsatsaronis & Moran and specially most of papers in field of exergoeconomic analysis, there is cost equations for equipment of thermodynamic cycles like turbine, pumps etc. I want to find a reliable reference for cost equation of gasifier.
You could just ask for a quote.. What are you gasifying. Are you gasifying with air or O2. What product are you trying to produce?
If you are looking for a small wood gasifier that uses air there are lots of places online that you can order online.
If you are looking for a commercial size syngas or H2 production from coal, petcoke or natural gas and you also need air separation to produce O2 the price of that sort of project os also available online.

If you give me more details about the size and type of gasifer you need I can probably get you a cost estimate.
My gasifier is for producing syngas or produce gas (H2,CO,CO2,CH4,...) from MSW and air. it's also atmospheric.but i need equation instead of cost.because i should analyse my system from economic aspect for a wide range of biomass mass flow rates.
there is an equation like this in some papers: PECgasifier(US $)=1600*(mbiomass)^0.67...but there is no mention for the reference year of this equation.
