Hi everyone, I am mixing water and isopropanol in different percentages to carryout heat transfer experiments, however, I need an accurate physical properties like density, viscosity, Cp, and thermal conductivity. so I know I can use the percentage to find the Ideal properties however using hysys would give me more accurate properties.
the problem is I am not sure which package should I use?

you can use UNIQUAC and Chien Null and also NRTL and henry-O' connel property models. Then, you should validate your experimental VLE data with your thermodynamic model.

You will get an insight of prediction method:
- for which mixture they were done for
- what scope of temperature, pressure they cover
- what data input is needed
- etc
UNIQUAC and NRTL can effectively predict Vapor-Liquid Equilibrium, provided you has the good parameters. Heat Capacity will depend on you enthalpy method. Viscosity and thermal conductivity should be considered with care. Most software have a "petrol-like" default configuration for those properties that may lead to good tendencies but not very precise results
