Hello all,

We are doing one experiment and we would like to examine osmosis shock on RBCs and compare it with isotonic solution. The main issue we have is that how to provide pure erythrocytes and remove unnecessary components from blood? Is it similar to RBC washing?

I Googled about it and we need to centrifuge it. It is mentioned the temperature should be 4 degree. What if the temperature is around 20 degree?

Regards,

Keyvan
