I am trying to measure glucose levels and in the remote past, I used glucose oxidase method.
Unfortunately I lost all my lab books and I cannot recall exactly the procedure now. Worse, it seems that there are a lot of options to use for assay and it seems confusing finding the reagents. I hope someone can help me. Thank you very much!
I supose you mean the enzymatic method. It is two enzymes to it. one as a bypass, and one which provides the quantification.
