I am trying to run the command ((gmx trjconv ......)) on Google Colab. Apart from the mentioned command , there is two successive questions asking for more details after running the command. As it is a remote server , I have to put ((echo " 20 1'')) before the command line which means put 22 for first option and 1 for the the other. but everytime it returns default setting which is assigning both by 0 !!!
If you have any suggestion in this way , I will be pleased to hear.

That's related to how you can shell script, look for how to concatenate commands. If you want to pass a command to gmx trjconv by saying "20" and then "1" then probably something like this should do the job
(echo "20"; echo "1") | gmx trjconv -...rest of the trjconv command
