Experimental studies have shown that the power (P) of a server varies depending on its CPU utilization (U) where: P =Pidle + U (Ppeak -Pidle). On the other hand, experiments have shown that the power of a server varies depending on its frequency (f) where the power is calculated as: P =  constant * f^{3}. I was wondering if there is a model that combines both the CPU utilization and the operating frequency when calculating the power of the server. Thank you.
