We have found positive magnetoresistance for temperatures below 200K in a layered ferromagnetic system, which shows ordering at room temperature. What could be the possible reason behind it?
Hi, the positive magnetorresistance (MR) in ferromagnetic materials below TC can occur due to various factors such as Hopping Conduction, Suppression of Magnetic Fluctuations, Spin Polarization and Reduced Spin Scattering, Quantum Interference Effects, and Magnetic Instability. However, you need to find out which one or combination of these factors involved in your system by careful analysis of the MR data.
