Hi, not sure about which kind of safety factors are to be investigated in your thesis (thermal-hydraulic or reactor kinetics?). RELAP5 is essentially a thermal-hydraulic system code. MELCOR can also do thermal-hydraulic calculations plus severe accident simulation.
