Nepal is located in between India and China and has a 1590 km- long border with India and a 1414 km – long border with China. Any subversive or hostile act against either of its neighbor is almost impossible due to its geostrategic setting which is why balancing and responding to the legitimate interests of these neighbors and not offending their sensibilities are critically important for its survival and security.
